How To Play

To start playing PilcoMania, simply press the download button above and, extract the archived directory and run PilcoMania.jar. No install is needed and it’s 100% free, both from costs and viruses.

 

To create a server press the ”Create Server” button in the first dialog which will tell the game to automatically connect to your local server when you press the ”Connect” button. Then wait for your friends to join and get ready to rumble!

 

To join and existing server enter your preferred nickname and the IP-address of the server.

This project is an assignment in the course EDA095 Nätverksprogrammering, with the goal to make the students apply their network programming knowledge. As such, the project guidelines are open but with the demand that the central portion of the project revolves around network programming.

 

PILCOMANIA, is a light 2D multiplayer free-for-all game where each player control their own ball. The rules of the game are simple – knock your opponents off the world and be the last man standing.
